The Tech Skill is a new skill for this campaign.
The Skill has two uses, the first use is for instances where a character is faced with a technology they could ordinarily work but requires compensation of some sort. e.g. a penguin could feasibly use a keyboard, but at a slower rate and with some difficulty. if there’s no possibility of failure, the Tech roll can be ignored.
The second use is to combine/hack two existing technologies that are not necessarily compatible e.g. Trying to get a crystal based alien tech to work with a microchip computer.
note: building a combined crystal/microchip computer would only require craft, and perhaps lore to figure out how the techs would work together.
